About the Samsung S25 Plus Battery
Released in February 2025 (model SM-S936B), the Galaxy S25 Plus pairs a 6.7-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 1–120Hz adaptive refresh rate and the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip. Its 4,900mAh cell is the biggest jump over the standard S25, and it supports Super Fast Charging 2.0 at 45W plus 4.5W reverse wireless charging (Wireless PowerShare).
After the swap, a 45W-capable USB-C PD PPS charger is still needed to reach full charging speed. The ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor sits under the screen, not the battery, so it keeps working as before.
