Card grading
Sending a trading card to a grading company that inspects its condition, gives it a score and seals it in a protective case.
Why it matters
Grading can protect and verify valuable cards, but it costs money and does not guarantee value.
🇸🇬 In Singapore
Most grading companies are overseas, so Singapore collectors usually send cards abroad or use local submission services. Factor in shipping, fees and waiting time.
Tips before you buy
- Research grading services and their fees.
- Only grade cards in excellent condition.
- Keep valuable cards sleeved until grading.
